Pero la muerte tiene otra cara: el duelo, el sentimiento doloroso de los que sufren la p\u00e9rdida de un ser querido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>En este n\u00famero hablamos de la muerte con el doctor Juan Carlos Trallero que a trav\u00e9s de los cuidados paliativos acompa\u00f1a a muchas personas en la \u00faltima etapa de su vida. Nos dice que seg\u00fan como afrontemos la muerte, ayudaremos a nuestros familiares a vivir el duelo cuando ya no estemos. Todo un aprendizaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La oraci\u00f3n que nos ha preparado Manolo Ju\u00e1rez parte de la propia experiencia: la fe nos ayuda en el camino de duelo por la muerte de nuestra madre. Y san Ambrosio, un Padre de la Iglesia, hace muchos siglos tambi\u00e9n explica c\u00f3mo la fe ilumina la muerte de su hermano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ante una p\u00e9rdida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La ausencia de un ser querido es lo primero que pensamos cuando hablamos de duelo. Pero p\u00e9rdidas hay muchas y, por tanto, tambi\u00e9n duelos. Aqu\u00ed solo afrontamos algunos: el que producen las enfermedades devastadoras como el Alzheimer (art\u00edculo de \u00c0ngels Canals), el duelo por tantas comunidades religiosas que cierran (M. Dolores Arbiza) o los duelos que sufren los inmigrantes (Silvia Maga\u00f1a, de El Salvador).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ante cualquier p\u00e9rdida, la que sea, que produce un vac\u00edo que la persona a veces es incapaz de afrontar, el tel\u00e9fono de la esperanza (Ramon Olar\u00e1n) ofrece su escucha para que la propia persona encuentre caminos para salir de su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abrimos tambi\u00e9n una ventana a otras culturas. Benjitu Bareto, misionero claretiano nacido en Timor que ahora vive en Barcelona, nos explica c\u00f3mo la Iglesia ha sabido adoptar las tradiciones originarias de oraci\u00f3n por los difuntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Galilea.153 apostamos por la liturgia, tambi\u00e9n ante el duelo. Los distintos tiempos lit\u00fargicos, nos explica Luis Garc\u00eda, ofrecen elementos para acompa\u00f1ar el duelo. Y en especial el Adviento que empezaremos el 29 de noviembre, como dice Jos\u00e9 A.
